Once final design is approved by you, you are invoiced for 75% of the total cost. 

There is 3 weeks for printing and then 1 week for assembly, once all orders for that quarter are finalised.

All orders are sent with tracking numbers and clients will be provided this along with the remainder of 25% invoice cost and shipping costs.
