Shipping & Exchanges

The standard payment is through Shopify Pay & Stripe and PayPal, with your paypal account or as a guest

using your credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your orders.

Payment by check or bank transfer is available on request. Please contact me by email on 

verbwheelsireland@gmail.com for my bank details, or I will contact you after you have made your order.

We want you to be happy with your Verb Wheel order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied 

you can return the item within 10 days \of receipt of your order. Thank for informing us as soon as possible by 

email: verbwheelsireland@gmail.com

All we ask is that you return your product in the condition in which it was received. You will be issued with 

a refund by the same method of payment within 30 days of receiving your returned goods. We are unable

to refund postage and packaging costs.

Items that are returned in an unsaleable condition (or returned after the permitted 20-day return timescale)

will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
